These terms govern the use of the WinZu platform at winzu.net. By registering an account, a player accepts the rules set out below in full. Where a promotion carries its own specific terms, those terms sit alongside this page and take precedence for that specific offer in case of conflict.
Eligibility
- Players must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher, whichever applies.
- One account is permitted per person, per household and per device. Duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated bonus winnings voided.
- WinZu does not knowingly accept players from jurisdictions where online casino play is restricted or prohibited by local law. It is the player’s responsibility to confirm that online gambling is lawful where they reside.
- Employees, contractors and immediate family members of WinZu staff are not eligible to hold a playing account.
Registration and account security
Players must provide accurate personal information at registration, including full legal name, date of birth and a valid contact email. Providing false information may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of winnings. Players are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential; WinZu is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a player sharing their password.
Verification (KYC)
Before a first withdrawal is processed, WinZu requires identity verification consistent with standard anti-money-laundering practice. This typically includes:

Accounts that cannot be verified within a reasonable period may have withdrawals withheld until documentation is provided.
Deposits and withdrawals
Minimum and maximum limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the cashier before a transaction is confirmed. Withdrawals are generally returned via the same method used for deposit; where that is not possible, an alternative verified method may be requested. Processing times range from instant for e-wallets to several business days for bank transfers, excluding weekends and public holidays. WinZu reserves the right to conduct standard security checks before releasing a withdrawal, which may add to the stated processing window.
Bonus terms
- All bonus offers are subject to a wagering requirement, stated clearly on the promotions page and at the point of opt-in.
- Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount, and must be cleared within the timeframe specified for that offer, typically 30 days from activation.
- Game contribution toward wagering varies by category: slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer games a reduced percentage, and certain table games or excluded titles may contribute 0%. The current contribution table is published on the promotions page.
- A maximum bet limit applies while a bonus balance is active; wagers placed above this limit may void the bonus and any related winnings.
- Only one bonus may be active on an account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion’s terms.
- WinZu reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus offer where it detects patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to minimal-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
Responsible gambling
WinZu provides tools to help players manage their play, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, temporary time-outs and permanent self-exclusion. These tools can be adjusted or activated at any time from account settings. Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem are encouraged to make use of these tools and to reach out to independent support organisations listed on the support page and in the site footer.
Account closure and self-exclusion
Players may close their account or activate self-exclusion at any time by contacting support or using account settings directly. Self-exclusion periods, once set, cannot be shortened or reversed before the chosen period ends, even at the player’s later request, in line with responsible gambling best practice.
Fair play and game integrity
All games offered on WinZu use certified random number generators independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. Return-to-player percentages are published on each game’s information panel and reflect long-run theoretical averages rather than outcomes guaranteed within any single session.
Limitation of liability
WinZu is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider delays, or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Disputes
Complaints should first be raised with the support team. If a resolution is not reached, players may escalate to the independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider named in their account communications, free of charge.
Changes to these terms
WinZu may update these terms from time to time to reflect regulatory, operational or product changes. Material changes will be notified to registered players by email or an in-account notice ahead of taking effect. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
